I spend a lot of his time trying to make things a little less manual and a little less frustrating, for myself and the people I work with. I tend to look at systems, break them down, and ask, “Does this actually need a human doing it?”
Lately, that’s led me into automation and AI, but with a pretty practical lens. Not everything needs AI, and part of the job is knowing when to use it and when to just keep things simple.
