About me
Dane Roberts is Executive Director of Monticello Academy, where he has led the school since 2017 and overseen strong academic growth, school expansion, and initiatives focused on rigorous instruction and strong school culture. He studied philosophy at the University of Pittsburgh, earned his MBA at Rice University, and is a doctoral candidate in educational leadership at Brigham Young University, where he has also taught Philosophy and History of Western Education. His work centers on curriculum, assessment, teacher support, character education, and purposeful applications of AI to the work of educators.
